Facilities excellent.. Hot tub very well maintained. House was very clean. Leaving such a comprehensive welcome pack a big plus, and including Easter presents for the three children was a nice touch. Minor drawback was a lack of a kitchen tray, and a lack of half pint and gin-and -tonic sized glasses. Toaster did not work on one side but when we told the caretakers they immendiately said they would replace it.

As soon as you walk through the door of Brooklyn house it’s the wow factor, it hoses charm and distinction and you instantly feel at home ! All the furnishings are of a high standard and lovely and clean . We received a lovely welcome pack that consisted of bottles of beer, wine, biscuits, cupcakes , chocolate puddings and milk a lovely added extra . The hot tub was lovely too to which everyone enjoyed and the log burner on a evening was lovely too . The views are beautiful overlooking the railway which during the week was quite a busy line so prepare for the odd toot of the train as it passes by but only a short walk to the station which takes you to Leeds and skipton . Would definitely return in the future as a great place for a family get together

Love this house, great size for a large party of people.. Hot tub is perfect, all bedrooms are lovely and a dining room for everyone to gather in. Perfectly located close to the train station for trips out, masses of parking space and helpful quick communication from Nige and Donna the housekeepers. Beautiful surroundings and a homely feel.

The housekeepers kept in touch via text message, and were very helpful, especially with regard to letting us stay later on our departure day.. We loved the fact that bread, milk, butter, snacks, beer and a bottle of wine were left for us!

This utterly beautiful Victorian property is home from home.. Staring at the stunning retained original features is entertainment in itself. Fully equipped, with managing staff just a phone call away...Nigel and Donna could not have done more. My nieces and nephews told me this was their best Christmas ever. Magical and unforgettable. Mission accomplished !! A thousand thanks. Sharon & Robert (Kent).

Cononley is an excellent base for exploring the Yorkshire Dales by car or by train.. It is a quiet village with a friendly pub. Brooklyn House is spacious and beautifully furnished and equipped. There is plenty of space for a group to spread out over the three lounge areas, but come together round the big dining table - or in the hot tub! Would definitely recommend this property.

The owners and cleaning team could not have done enough for us.. The house is beautiful and beautifully kept. The location is great for cycling - north on to the Dales and south to Haworth and the Worth Valley.
