The property has many modern and spacious rooms presented with antique touches which give this cottage a cosy and homely feel. Inside there is a living room with an open fire, a fitted kitchen with a dining area. Upstairs has one double bedroom and one single bedroom with a separate bathroom and WC. Outside has an enclosed mature garden and situated on a narrow lane unencumbered by traffic, and has views over the vast countryside and surrounding farm. Parking is located at the end of a small lane and is about 75 yards away from the property itself. Brooklands is ideal for a couple with a small child. Please note there is a Good House Keeping Bond of £50 for this property, this will be shadowed at the time of booking.

Chedworth is an attractive historic village in Gloucestershire. The village has two friendly pubs and is home to one of the largest Roman villas in Britain. Outdoor enthusiasts will enjoy the excellent scenic walks from the village including The Monarch’s Way and The Macmillan Way. Ideally located in the centre of the Cotswolds, popular towns including Bourton-on-the-Water, Stow-on-the-Wold and Burford can all be discovered whilst staying in Chedworth.
