Our second visit and definitely not the last.. This is our place, and here we feel like home. When we leave, we already miss it. Meena and Frank are very kind, helpful owners. I recommend it with all my heart.

Beautiful location, though not easy access from the main road.. Perhaps add a few more details to “getting there.” The owner was so thoughtful and helpful, child and pet friendly, too.

This bungalow is amazing.. The views are to die for, it is really comfortable and very clean. It’s central to so many places to see and at night you can hear owls calling in the woods behind the property. You are welcomed with home made cake too! The ONLY thing I would say is that, it is the only place I have stayed at ( and there has been many) that you have to take everything, and I mean everything, with you. There is no washing up liquid, no hand soap, no kitchen roll, no spare toilet roll, no tea, no coffee, there were utensils but no knives for preparing food, fruit or vegetables, not a thing in the cupboards, not even a full salt or pepper pot! It didn’t deter from a great holiday but it made things a little more difficult after a long tiring journey

Excellent lounge particularly with a large patio window overlooking the hills and countryside.. In addition it had the afternoon/evening sun shinning though and on a clear day a wonderful sunset over the distant mountains. Lots of lovely walks nearby and a number of steam railways to enjoy. The owner, Mrs Jones, living next door, was very helpful.

Bron Aber far exceeded my expectations - Although when I rang Sykes to add one other person you failed to tell the property owner.. However the owner apologised for this and the bed was made up in ten minutes - Menna was and is outstanding would highly recommend this property and we are looking forward to rebooking again

The bungalow was simply delightful, spacious and light. In addition we had a furnished patio area where we could eat or enjoy a drink together. The house is not visible from the road as it sits quite high in the hillside amid a huge garden filled with a large selection of mature trees and shrubs. It gave us hours of fun watching the antics of the various birds and squirrels moving around. Late in the evening, in the twilight, we were privileged to see an aerial display by a colony of bats.

Upon a late arrival we were greeted with a tray of home made cakes from our lovely host Meena (lives next door). Our first impressions were the fantastic views out of every window but especially the back of the property. All bedrooms were of a large size, which was great for three teenagers! Talking of the teenagers ... We were still lugging suitcases in whilst they had already tapped into the free wifi for their variety of electronic gadgets that they can't seem to live without. We are only the 2nd family to stay in this delightful property, but we were impressed with how we were treated and made to feel at home. We ventured out most days to Barmouth to the seaside, which the kids & our 7mth old puppy loved! So many plus point to this rental, didn't even feel I was in a bungalow. Lovely little stream running through the garden too! garden furniture & BBQ is set up for you, although didn't use. You would definitely need a car for this property as pub is a drive away along with nearest towns. This is going to be a very popular rental and I'm glad we stayed here in the beginning!
