Please note the rear terrace is accessed via steep steps in common with many Brixham properties that are built into the hillside. This may not suit all, however the front terrace was refurbished in 2018 and provides seating with an open sea view and maintains separation from the footpath by virtue of being raised a few feet. The back garden boasts a decked area that acts as a suntrap and the front terrace also provides seating raised up and away from the road more conveniently for those not wanting to climb the rear steps.
