Entertainment: 46" Samsung flat screen TV with Freeview, Samsung DVD player, X-box console with two handheld controllers, two steering wheels with pedals. Phillips music station WAS700, books, board games. Sony alarm clock/radio in both bedrooms, one with ipod/iphone dock.
Outside: paved courtyard garden. Garden furniture.Bike storage (shared).

Notes: The entrance to Breaker is in the basement by a few steps from street level. From the courtyard garden, gate with access to the rear pathway to shed for bike storage (shared with other apartments in Farleigh House).
