The town of Bude is just a 20 minute drive away and offers a wide choice of shops, pubs and restaurants, alongside a leisure pool, golf course and canal, for an enjoyable day out. Also within a reasonable driving distance are Padstow, Boscastle and Tintagel. Arranged on a single storey, this detached converted barn has bags of character, seen in features throughout which include exposed stonework and wooden beams. The lounge, kitchen and diner are all open plan, creating a large social space and the heart of the home. Within the lounge area, you ll be greeted by a feature granite fireplace with wood burner, offering up crackling flames as you relax and watch the Smart TV and DVD. Into the farmhouse style kitchen, guests will find all the appliances they need to ensure they feel at home, including an oven and hob, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave and use of tumble dryer. Should you wish to take a break from cooking, a chef can be arranged to provide home cooked meals. The dining table looks out through the patio doors to the surrounding countryside views. This property has three bedrooms: Two king size bedrooms and one with three single beds. One of the king size bedrooms benefits from an en suite. There is also a family bathroom, which has a bath, shower and WC. For an even more relaxing stay, reflexology and massage treatments can also be arranged with the owner. Reached through the patio doors in the dining area, the property enjoys a decked balcony area with seating, perfect for sitting back and watching the sunset.
