Borka Apartment 2

We were in the apartment from May 30th to June 3rd, 2024. Very clean, beautiful view, nice landlords, there is a small restaurant right down by the beach. No problem for swimming either. What was unfortunately not nice was that next to the property there are 2 construction sites for the construction of 2 new houses, we were always woken up very early by the noise, so sleeping in was no longer an option :-(. In my opinion, this should be mentioned in the description.

In the accommodation everything looks better than it is. We didn't like a lot of little things. You can't eat on the balcony, for example... Much too narrow and only a small drinks table and old, stained seating. Landlords are ok, but not as hospitable or tried hard as other hosts we have had in Croatia. All around a lot of rubbish and untidy stuff, also on the property. Parking only one behind the other, so you can't leave if someone parked after you.

The apartment is super clean and completely newly equipped. Towel and linen change worked great in three weeks. Very nice landlords who live in the house. Can unfortunately only Croatian, no English. Beautiful view. Unfortunately very touristy, many people around the accommodation. Extremely steep when driving by car - some tenants did not dare to drive up this incline. Beach is extremely busy and very dirty. No rest. Beach bar attracts many tourists.

We received such a warm and friendly welcome. Really very accommodating. Quiet drawer and top helpful landlords, who receive an award from us! For us felt like friends, already at the reception and arrival. Enjoyed a wonderful 14 days of vacation. We were very satisfied. Clean sea on your doorstep. 12 minutes to Trogir for larger purchases and fish market. Peaceful & enjoyable relaxing holiday to recommend.

The view is beautiful. The apartment is clean and comfortable. The hosts very nice.

We definitely recommend the Borka apartment. Beautiful place, apartment as described (exactly like in the pictures). The views from the terrace are amazing. The biggest plus is the proximity to the Adriatic Sea. The owners were very nice and welcoming.

I have very fond memories of my stay in the apartment. The hosts nice and helpful, guaranteed peace, great water for diving and fishing. From the accommodation it is closer than 20 meters to the beach :)
