The apartment is very well located and with very good views of the sea and the mountains. The terrace needs a bit of masonry maintenance and a coat of paint (especially the room). It does not have air conditioning.

Fourth floor without elevator. Very noisy. An awning on the terrace is essential. Poorly maintained terrace.
