It's a five-minute stroll to the Champs-Elysées with its luxury boutiques, while several Michelin-starred restaurants are within a ten-minute walk. If you want to take some shots of one of the city's most famous monuments, then the Arc de Triomphe is a four-minute saunter. Or if you're seeking some tranquillity, Bois de Boulogne is around a twenty-five minute wander. Back at this home – we were surprised how quiet it is, given its location. Its striking wall art, such as the dazzling blue feathers, add an exotic flavour to the living space. Shoot some pool here, relax with a glass of fizz, get some fresh air in the courtyard garden or gather in the smart dining space for a special meal. There's plenty of space for a larger group to stretch out and not feel cramped. This place is perfect for entertaining family and friends in style.

* The small double sofa bed in the master bedroom can accommodate two children but is not recommended for adults

*Arrivals after 8pm will be subject to a late check-in fee of between €30 and €50 – no check-in is possible after 10pm
* One baby is allowed (under 2 years old) free of charge – if you have more than one baby with you, they are counted as children
*The sofa bed is prepared only on demand before the day of arrival, so please let your host know if you need it
