Holiday home Birch Tree is a lovely timber lodge next to fishing lakes. Located on a 40 acre estate in Mid Devon, this super upside down lodge and has use of all the facilities onsite. Sleeping five people in three bedrooms, one with a double and a twin room on the ground floor, there is also a further single bedroom on the first floor. A shower room on the ground floor.
The living area is open plan and on the first floor to take in the lovely views through patio doors. There are two sofas and a TV with a dining area and a spacious kitchen. Outside a deck balcony is equipped with rattan table and chairs. There is a dedicated parking space close by. With a lovely outlook and super on site facilities for couples and families, Birch Tree is a peaceful retreat for a relaxing countryside holiday.
Area Halwill Junction can be found in close proximity to the village of Halwill, settled amongst the beauty of the Ruby Country in Devon. North of the settlement is the coast, where you can find Bude and Westward Ho! offering beautiful beaches and waterside attractions, whilst to the South is Dartmoor National Park with its plethora of walking and cycling routes, nature spotting opportunities and historical landmarks. Surrounded by excitement, Halwill Junction is a wonderful base from which to explore Devon.
