The apartment turned out to be larger than in the photos. It's a pity that the windows don't open inwards, because animals pass through the balcony, which is not completely fenced. The lack of mosquito nets and these openable windows is very inconvenient in the heat. The air conditioning and fan haven't been cleaned for several years. Overall, a great place, close to the beach. A great base for trips to Elba. The reception staff were very helpful. The facility was 100% occupied, but no one made any noise.
