House very well located, quiet with a beautiful sea view. Very well equipped. Only small drawbacks, the air conditioning of a double room is very old, works badly and noisy. There should be lighting on the stairs to access the front door of the house and on the descent which even on the lower floor because of the risk of falling. The small black gate that leads directly to the terrace does not work, too bad because it is very practical for getting the groceries or other things out of the car.

General condition, everything is a bit outdated. Bad and broken garden furniture. We had a price after the season, it's not that bad, if here is in the main season for 5500 euros it is really not worth it.

Positive points: big house without beautiful view Attention: there is no 4th bedroom (more like a vide) and the 2 floors are only connected by a outdoor stair. Negative points: At the arrival the outside was very dirty, many sunbeds and chairs + outdoor table were broken. The agency reacted very fast and 2 days later the brought new chairs and fixed one thing inside( open wall socket) Inside and outside the house needs some renovation and maintenance was as little bit poor.

Some details to review including the exterior doors, one does not open the second does not close (painting?). It is difficult to say 4 bedrooms because one is a sleeping area and does not close. Some lighting problems quickly settled by the teams on site. In short have had a good stay with our friends.

The accommodation is showing its age. The two bedrooms used upstairs were very cramped, not all sockets worked, a note was already there. Air conditioning, however, very good. Pool clean, but not very idyllic, no cushions for the plastic chairs available

Very nice villa with all the comforts (2 washing machines, two dishwashers, oven ...) necessary but be careful no wifi as indicated on the ad ... The two floors are not communicating which we did not disturbed, ideal for traveling with several families but not practical if you are going with your children only. It's like two small two-bedroom apartments communicating from the outside. The lower one had a strong musty smell for the whole first week, too bad that was not anticipated because sleep was suddenly complicated. The lower apartment has only one real bedroom, the other is more of a sleeping area with a double bed and a bunk bed. The upper one has two real bedrooms. The three real bedrooms have air conditioning which is great. Clean pool, safe for children and maintained (just missing a parasol stand), sunny all day perfect! Quiet and relaxing place
