With a well equipped kitchen and open plan living and dining room, Bidwell Brook is great for families to spend quality time together and whether relaxing in and around the property or out exploring the  vast array of places to visit, this spacious bungalow will make for a memorable stay.

Kitchen and Utilities: Gas hob, oven and grill, fridge, microwave, separate freezer and washing machine. 

Entertainment:  Samsung 28'' tv, dvd player, Wifi, radio, speaker pod.

Outside:  Front garden with shrubs, rear garden with table and chairs, coal bbq (please provide your own coal) 

Parking: Parking on driveway for one large car or two smaller cars. Additional kerbside parking for any extra vehicles

General: WiFi Provided. Heating and Electricity included in rent. Bed linen and towels provided. Baby Equipment is not provided, please bring your own. No Smoking. No Pets. Mobile Phone signal is strong. There are no facilities for charging a car.

Security Deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £200, which is payable to Marsdens Devon Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.
