Terrace furniture, deck chairs (6). Very beautiful view of the lake and the town. Facilities: washing machine, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). CIR: 012087-CNI-00009

Villa "Bice", built in 1950. 800 m from the centre of Laveno, 200 m from the lake, in a cul-de-sac. Private: property 500 m2 with trees. Motor access to the house. Roofed, parking (for 2 cars). Supermarket 1 km, restaurant, bar 600 m, railway station "Laveno" 1.1 km, ferry "Laveno - Verbania" 1 km. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Holiday Rentals in Porto Valtravaglia, 9 km.

The villa is spacious and has a wonderful sea view from all rooms and from the huge terrace. The only flaws in the house are the old mattresses and the coffee maker. Unfortunately, the organization on site was poor: we got the keys later, it hadn't been cleaned yet (it was superficially done in 30 minutes). Heating and a shower didn't work properly, we had to ask more often, also to get towels. But the final acceptance was super accurate! Unfortunately, that reduces!

Great nice big house with a nice garden and terrace and lots of space in the house, close to the lake and close to the center of Laveno, within walking distance to the station.

The house is very spacious. Due to the connecting room without a private bathroom only conditionally suitable for groups. 2 bathrooms beautifully renovated. The bathroom in the connecting room older/often no hot water. The mattresses were a bit saggy. The kitchen and living area are well equipped. The garden area not maintained. There is not enough garden furniture for 8 people. At least 15 minutes to the lake. (less than 200 meters) on foot. No bathing possibility. No street lights to the house

From the villa you have a wonderful view. The house is spacious and large, 7 beds in 4 bedrooms. Unfortunately, some of the rooms smelled of old and moth powder - very unpleasant - despite constant airing. On the spacious terrace there is unfortunately no parasol and only 2 sun loungers (offered for 9 people-significantly too few). Dishwasher partially defective. The house was not handed over to us until 7 p.m. on the day of arrival and, moreover, very unfriendly, we had to wait 4 hours.

We felt very comfortable, the location and the view of the lake are sensational and make up for a few other shortcomings. Some mattresses are quite old, WiFi works very slowly, is practically non-existent. Kitchen equipment is rather poor, no lids, pans, so you'd rather not use them. When we came (end of May) it was still very cold, it wasn't possible to turn on the heating, which made the house very uncomfortable. Otherwise everything great!

Excellent geographical position of the Bice house overlooking Lake Maggiore. This sublime location makes you forget the few inconveniences of this somewhat old-fashioned house.
