We have just spent a week here.. A lovely barn conversion. The family that run it were lovely and available if you needed anything. We thought our hot water had stopped working (it hadn't - my daughter had turned the switch off!) And they were there straight away to sort it out. My only comment would be that they could do with restocking the glasses as there has obviously been a number broken over the years and there are no baking trays for the oven if you wanted to cook at the property. We'd highly recommend.

Lovely cottage and location, only fault was poor water drainage in the bathroom in both the sink and shower/bath and no blind covering the sky light in the bedroom which meant my 8yrs was awake early every morning when the sun came up, other than that cottage was lovely and would return in the future..

The maintenance of the property was the only let down.. The toilet did not flush correctly so I repaired it. The basin was blocked which we made a quick repair on. The shower had very poor power. The oil fueled boiler had a nasty smell coming from it. The worktops had been damaged and a stone cutting board was placed over the damage. A kitchen door was hanging off. There was also an end of a roof beam protruding into one the bedroom, could be quite nasty if a child ran into it. These are fairly small issues which, when rectified, would make the property superb.

Just back from a 7 night stay in this wonderful cottage. Immaculately clean and very well appointed. Plenty of room, spacious bathroom and bedrooms. My only complaint would be that the bed was far too soft but that really is personal choice! Really easy to find and very convenient for the local tourist attractions. Highly recommended 5 stars

Cottage was absolutely beautiful.. The only downside for me was the beds, they where uncomfortable, so didn’t get a good nights sleep. The location was perfect. We also walked into the village which took around 30 minutes, where we had a lovely time at the local pub. Everyone was so friendly and the bar snacks where amazing. I would definitely recommend! Loved our stay, would definitely return.

We are really pleased we booked Beudy Bach. It was very comfortable and contained everything we required. The family who own the farm were very friendly and helpful. Our eighteen month old loved staying there and visited the sheep and ponies twice daily! In a fantastic location for visiting the North Wales coast and Snowdonia. Would highly recommend this cottage, especially for families.

We have just returned from a wonderful stay in this cottage. One of the reasons we chose this accommodation was the location on a working farm and we weren't disappointed. Luckily our stay coincided with the lambing season and within 10 minutes of arriving we were in the lambing shed with all the new arrivals. We were made to feel really welcome and Even got to watch a lamb being born. My 5 yr old son loved it and all the facilities in the cottage met the needs of our one year old as well, with the highchair, cot and stairgate. The kitchen is well equipped and the welcome basket from Fiona is a lovely touch. She even left us roses as we arrived on Valentines Day. The stable has been tastefully renovated and is a quiet and peaceful location for a getaway, there was no noise from the adjoining workshop. This is great base to explore the area from and is only 10 minutes away from the Expressway. We enjoyed days out in Conwy, Colwyn Bay, The Mountain Zoo, Rhyll and Llandudno. I would happily recommend this cottage.

Stayed with husband, daughter and her five year old twins. The cottage exceeded expectations, it is immaculate and very comfortable. There are horses and ponies to feed and stroke on the farm. The ancient cat 'Mogwan' added to the welcome by nipping into the cottage when she could. We are cat people and didn't mind her at all. She wolfed down chicken leftovers and milk. The cottage is very peaceful, with first class sound-proofing between it and the adjoining cottages. Would we go back? Certainly.

Really enjoyed our 7 nights stay at Beudy Bach, The owners were kind and left us a nice welcome basket of goodies, and they were very helpful. Beudy Bach is a wonderful little cottage presentation was exactly as pictured, very clean and very homely. Location wasnt a problem as I knew the area, but for someone else I can see that it would appear to be in the middle of nowhere, and it isn't as close to shops or amenities as the website makes out, but it isnt a problem if you have a car, and the first impression of remoteness just adds to it's appeal. My son loved his little bedroom and my 7 month old baby daughter slept soundly, we all did, the only slightly funny thing was the ancient farm cat that kept trying to go into the cottage everytime we opened the door, poor thing, I got annoyed when she darted past me a few times, but the rest of my family found the whole thing highly amusing... we were told she was over 20 years old ?? again it just added to the charecter and charm of the place, the whole family just loved the cottage and will be back again year after year if there are any available.

We loved the cottage. It was fresh but very homely. We were visiting family but had a little look around, Conwy Castle, Conwy town and mountain. All very nice even in inclement weather.

I would highly recommend Beudy Bach as a fantastic choice to stay on a break or holiday. The cottage is clean very well kept and the owners are on site if any problems. I would highly recommend visiting the horses at the end of the courtyard into the cottage especially Eric the boss you can't miss him. My kids loved feeding them. We will definitely be visiting again. As we cannot fault anything with this property.

Beudy Bach was fabulous, it was spotlessly clean and had everything you could wish for. The bathroom was amazing and has a lovely big bath - definitely take some bubble bath with you! The owners have done a fabulous job of converting the property from a barn to cottages and they were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend it to everyone!
