This landlord gets it! Kite! Beautiful spacious house, with a beautiful view, in and around the house everything is neat and clean, we have been here for two weeks with our family, 3 small and 3 large children and an extra adult, but certainly no shortage of space! The people are very friendly and nothing is too much for them! In short; super!

In addition to the location of the house above the town center with a three-sided mountain view, we have found beautiful destinations very close by. Unfortunately there is no garden for games like frisbee or badminton, but there are 3-4 parking spaces for guests. The living room is on the 2nd floor and a bit dark under the sloping roof; there is also only a coffee pad machine and no toaster. Bedrooms are on the 1st floor. You have to be able to climb stairs. The parents of the landlady are always approachable and very nice on the ground floor

Very friendly people. Apartment is basic and somewhat dated in terms of decor. Balconies and views are fantastic. Very clean and everything you need is there including microwave, cooking options, pans and Senseo machine. Very much enjoyed

Great mountain location with fantastic views. Quiet house where you can relax well. Sufficient space and parking, very good value for money for larger groups. All rooms with own bath/toilet. Great view from the balcony (all rooms). Nice and reliable landlord.

Everything was good. The only thing irritating was that host usually starts some housekeeping activities very early - around 7:00. And soundproof is not good - hard to sleep longer in the morning. Plan check-in/check-out well in advance because it will take time for manager to get to the house.

there was no coffee machine, only senseo, this is not in the description. There was only 1 roll of toilet paper per room. You cannot use all the equipment present at the same time, then the power will go through it.

The bedrooms are fine (with private bathroom), as is the kitchen and the available equipment and equipment. The dining room is very uninviting with fluorescent lighting and only wooden benches. Owners very hospitable.

Interior photos reflect reality We were two families of 9 people. Well-equipped large kitchen (lots of porch dishes, microwave, oven, 4 hotplates, large fridge). The amenities are bathrooms next to each bedroom (shower, toilet), a washbasin in the room. Large dining room. Place for skis and equipment by the boiler room, so everything dries nicely. The journey to the nearest Ladis is 11 km and it took 20 minutes (you had to leave Kauns, go through Prutz and go up to Ladis). There are no shops in the area.

The apartment is in a very nice location with a great view. The furnishing of the apartment is a bit older, but everything was in good condition and very clean. Unfortunately, the beds are only 190 cm long. But it is very good that each double room has its own bathroom. All in all it is a good, large apartment at a very reasonable price.
