The house is set well back from the road, it is gated property, surrounded by lawns and gardens. It has a playground for the children, barbecue area and seating area for the adults. Bikes are available for guests.
Benbaun House is registered and approved by Failte Ireland, the Irish Tourism Board.

There are 14 bathrooms in the House.
All bedrooms are fully en-suite,and 2 bedrooms downstairs have bathrooms with shower/full bath for our guests with limited mobility.

Kitchen is fully equipped, gas cooker, fridge, full freezer, microwave oven, 2 dishwashers, pots, pans & cooking utensils, etc.

Utility Room:
There are 2 washing machines and dryers and all other facilities that may be required.

Living Rooms:
There are 2 living rooms - study area that can seated 8 people and sitting room for 10 people.
