We were disappointed with this rental. The villa is no longer up to standard. The WiFi is weak and often non-existent. We had to buy all the soaps for the baths, the basic necessities (salt, pepper, toilet paper, etc.) and only 4 chairs at the table. In addition, the noise from the highway means you have to live with the windows closed. In addition, we had to look for the keys in Cannes, which was about 2 x 45 minutes of travel.

House itself is beautiful, clean, and spacious. However, there are drawbacks: - house is located directly above the highway, hence very noisy - Some of the furniture, particularly the couch and dining table, as well as the cushions for the outdoor seating, are very old y definitely need to be replaced - Wi-Fi is insufficient - we were only provided with one (!) garbage bag for the kitchen, and there was no hairdryer in the bathroom. Given the price (over €350/night), I expected sth. different

We rented this property for the MIPIM property event. We were sceptical about the distance from Cannes however, it was a 15 minute taxi ride. The villa was little tricky to find at first. The views out from the villa over Cannes are stunning. The house was clean modern, and spacious. I wouldn’t hesitate to rent this property again.

We spent a week in this house with extended family. The pool is the highlight and really nice, as is the small garden area. The house is very functional, the furniture is old and partly in bad condition. The rooms and bathrooms were clean, but the kitchen was dirty and grimy. Actually a beautiful object that could be transformed into a jewel with a little love and more cleanliness. Arriving by car necessary!
