The house has an indescribable great view of the bay and the sea. He's really unique. The distribution in the house is very good. Everything is very clean and tidy. The different terraces invite you to linger. We would take this house again and again. Small disadvantage, the street in front of the house is very busy on weekdays and a manhole cover rattles every time. Still a great house.

We went 2 years in a row to that house. It situated in the mountain with a sea view. Clean house, very large. We met the owner who was very nice helping us on a WiFi problem. We recommend that property but there are a lot of stairs to go to the house and the ceiling of garage is very low and underneath the house... we had an excellent stay... Javea is beautiful.... we love it....

Very nice looking house (inside and outside). Well-equipped and good location. It was easy to come and go. The view from the yard and also from the big windows was very nice - you could see the Arenal beach area and mount Montgo immediately when you woke up and then you could continue enjoying the view while having a breakfast :-) We had only one minor problem and it was with the outdoor lights. We couldn´t use half of them because then the circuit breaker always tripped...But it didn´t disturb us because the half of the lights worked. And the most important thing was that the pool lights worked :-) One nice detail was the indoor-jacuzzi. Especially our youngest one liked that. We were travelling with the family of 5 person - me, my wife and our 16, 14 and 9 years old boys. And we all enjoyed the house :-)
