The villa is located in the Balcon al Mar district and offers beautiful views of the sea and the island of Portitxol from the terrace and living room. However, it does need some renovation here and there. The pool was mostly shaded in September due to the surrounding vegetation, but it's a nice size and deep. Unfortunately, the house had only been superficially cleaned upon arrival; there was still dirt and dust in the corners, and the terraces were also dirty, which was annoying.

We had a wonderful vacation. The house is equipped with everything you need. One minor criticism: there's no air conditioning in the pool room, and the ceiling fan didn't work either. However, two other fans were available. The lighting on the lovely terrace could be improved. The light was very bright, and without it, it was too dark. Perhaps a lamp could be installed above the table. But these are really just minor things.

The house is beautiful and large. The outdoor areas are covered and provide shade and protection from storms. Perfect! The WiFi doesn't work in the house, and cell phone reception isn't guaranteed either. The main entrance gate at the driveway was open twice, and you need a key to open it. It is not known who opened the gate.

The Spanish-style house and setting match the property description very well. The swimming pool was even bigger than in the pictures. Great location with a sea view, but requires the use of a car. About 15 minutes to the center of Javea. A small shop and a few restaurants within walking distance.

Very well equipped house with excellent location. The condition of the pool was not optimal upon our arrival, but it was later corrected. It is incredible that being in Alicante, Spain it is IMPOSSIBLE to see any Spanish national channel. Hundreds of international channels but no general Spanish channel. It is not so difficult to lay a simple antenna cable. Without blushing they tell us that there are no channels in Spanish. I speak several languages but I am interested in knowing the latest news from my country
