Bellavista Dell'Emilia

Strong points: location with beautiful view, very quiet area, small but pleasant swimming pool, closed parking. Points to improve: bedrooms on the ground floor overlooking the swimming pool and kitchen/living room upstairs (not practical for enjoying the swimming pool) and no facilities for lunch by the pool, bedroom at the back that smells musty and cannot be used, disparate and too much furniture in the dining room that blocks the space, unexpected triggering of the fire alarm in the middle of the night,

Lovely house, close to a nice, cozy square with a bakery. Too bad the roller shutter was broken and the slats didn't close properly. An air conditioner would be nice.
