August 2020
Ann was a magnificent host and had a little welcome pack for us when we arrived which was most welcome.. Strandhill and Sligo are both nearby and this is a great location from which to tour the sights of Sligo county.

We enjoyed a lovely week at this cosy comfortable cottage.. Ann and Tommy were extremely helpful and friendly. The welcome pack of sandwiches, biscuits, milk, butter and other groceries was very much appreciated by us. It was a real home from home experience and we would highly recommend a stay in this lovely area of Co Sligo. Our border collie Holly had a great time too.

The hospitable welcome from Ann and Tommy was amazing, the welcome package was really appreciated.. This holiday annex is in a great location to explore Sligo & the Wild Atlantic Way. The annex is of a very high standard with everything you could possibly need. We hope to return one day.

Our hosts were superb in every department and there were some nice personal touches.. We appreciated a hamper of goodies and drawers full of everything we might need (but didn't). As soon as we arrived, we knew we could well be coming back some time in the future. We reached this decision late at night before even going inside! Perfect location as well as Sligo city centre is only 4 miles away and roads go north to Donegal, east into the interior (we got as far as Monaghan) and west to the wild expanses of the Ox Mountains and County Mayo. There are many fine beaches and quiet corners within easy reach along the Co Sligo coast. So ….. great location, friendly and helpful hosts and a pleasant place to stay. We also appreciated the absence of additional electricity/water etc. fees and even had our rubbish disposed of for us. Couldn't ask more. Well done and many thanks. Emma & John

The owners of this Cottage are very friendly and caring.. Due the fact that our daughter lives in the naborhoud, we only slept there, but we will book this again.Quiet and Calm place to be.

Belladrihid cottage provided us with a warm, comfortable base from which to explore County Sligo. The location is very central for access to Yeats country, megalithic tombs, and many lovely coastal and country walks. It has a rural outlook with lovely views of the hills, donkeys and sheep across the fence, and ducks wandering around, but there is also easy access to the motorway just south of Sligo. The Supa Value supermarket in Ballysadare, a few minutes drive away is excellent for self catering needs. The owners are very friendly and helpful, and we were grateful for the generous provisions supplied in the kitchen.

The cottage was set in a beautiful location with easy access to all the surrounding attractions.. It was very clean and comfortable with the owners living next door. They were extremely kind and helpful but were not intrusive. They left us to enjoy our holiday but were always on hand if we required any assistance.

Great cottage in beautiful surroundings.. The view out the front is spectacular. Clean, spacious and cozy, with all that you need for a stay. Owner really kind and helpful - left a lovely hamper for us on arrival and gave us a lift into town one evening. Would definitely recommend this place. Sykes cottages on the other hand cancelled my previous booking without notice, then took an email and phone call from me to get a refund. Even now the refund is not the full amount, which I am in the process of contesting.

This was a pleasure to come to as the people who have this property are amazing, they were so helpful with informing us with what to visit, added bonus was the small-holding type animals..

June 2018
The friendliness of the family really made us feel at home.. The cottage itself was so well equipped much more than a holiday home. The location was so easy to find and yet in idyllic countryside amongst the donkeys and ducks . It was close to the main road to go toward Galway or into Sligo and onto the North of Ireland. Amazing beaches close by especially Strandhill that had some lovely cafes and restaurants also. Our Westie also lived it and was a bit huffy when having to leave

This clean, modern, beautiful facility is perfectly located near Sligo.. You can be parked and out of your car in Sligo town in less than ten minutes. The tranquil location in countryside is beautiful and offers a view of both Knocknarea and Benbulben in one position in the back yard! The SuperValu grocery store is five minutes away by car and very convenient. The family of animals that live around the premises (dog, donkeys, ducks, turkeys, chickens) are adorable and friendly. Most of all, the host family who live on the property, the Donovans, are simply wonderful and helpful in every way. Ann had delicious sandwiches prepared for us in the kitchen upon our arrival. Superlative is my description of our three-week visit at Belladrihid.
