Check-in is complicated, the security deposit is €100, customer service is not always available during office hours, exorbitant costs for tablecloths and sheets, bathrooms without toilet paper, not even a small kit of shower gel and soap for the first day that the guest normally arrives not yet equipped with everything that is missing, there is no TV, the grill is very old, the space between the mobile homes is too small for cars, the gate closes at 11pm and cars are left outside

The accommodation was very satisfactory, and everything was very clean. Check-in took a bit of time, as Saturday is the most popular departure day. Check-out was effortless. Storage space in the bedrooms is very limited. We stayed with four people in a mobile home designed for six people, which was just ideal.

Check-in was very slow. There were a lot of people and only two employees. We had to stand outside in the blazing sun for ages. No shade. It would have been better to check in at reception, where the air conditioning was good and there were plenty of employees. It was very noisy until midnight, and the ventilation in the bedroom made it very noisy. Otherwise, everything was great.

Nice clean chalet! The accommodation staff is also very friendly and helpful!

Very good value good sized mobile home in a very popular park. Highly recommended for families. Nice to have two toilets. One thing we'd have loved is a couch on the verandah.

My review applies to ALL mobile homes in the entire complex. Create more space in the rows, simply remove one row along the entire length of the complex, and reduce the density somewhat. Everything is crammed together, there's a lack of privacy, and the parking situation is outdated. Playgrounds should still be free and adequately sized. The offerings are disgraceful for the number of guests. Every little thing is monetized, and everything costs extra.

Nicely furnished mobile home with large covered terrace. However, it was missing a dishwasher and some cupboards.

Overall, we liked the Bella Italia campsite. The direct access to the lake is great. The pools are great. There are plenty of restaurants and bars with an ice cream parlor and they are very good. The supermarket has everything. The shuttle is great, you can go to town and back, even until 10.30pm. Check-in took about 1.5 hours, check-out 5 minutes. Parking at the mobile home but narrow streets. Home for 6 people very cramped. Little storage space, no bowls, no egg cups, toilet broken, drain leaking.

Very nice mobile home accommodation, perfect location by the lake. The swimming pool on site with attractions and slides is great. In the evenings we ate pizza and pasta as a take away.
