The cottage is set in the heart of the pretty village of Stoke Abbott, which wouldn t look out of place on picture postcards, with its distinctive honey stone properties and historic pub. This area is renowned for its network of walks through the picturesque countryside with Pilsdon Pen, Ham Hill and The Cerne Abbas Giant all within easy reach. Head South and visit the market town of Bridport, the cobbled streets of Lyme Regis or perhaps laze on the beach at Charmouth. With the spectacular Jurassic Coast within easy reach there is no shortage of things to do here. A driveway shared only with the owners leads to the private entrance of this detached property. Once inside, to your left is a cosy lounge/dining room which has a wood burner, two comfortable armchairs, TV and DVD. The dining area overlooks the pretty garden and is a perfect spot for relaxed meals for four, plus there is also an additional sleeping area with a double bed tucked into the corner of this room, which can be partially screened off. Heading back into the hallway you will find a shower room with shower and WC and the galley kitchen. The kitchen is well equipped with an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine. Heading upstairs to the first floor, you can take time to unwind together in the second lounge area, where you can curl up and watch a film on the TV/DVD. Off road parking for one car is available to the side of the cottage, with a further parking space on the village lane (subject to availability).
