For those who like to spend time exploring the great outdoors, the beautiful Exmoor National Park is just a short drive away, offering miles of scenic walks, cycle ways and coastal paths. Of course, Devon is known for its beaches and seaside resorts, and the location of this property means that beach lovers will be spoilt for choice, with Westward Ho!, Saunton Sands, Croyde, and Woolacombe all being within an reasonable driving distance. On arrival at this pretty, thatched cottage, guests will immediately be able to pop the kettle on and make themselves at home in the spacious kitchen/diner. The beamed ceiling adds to the charm of this room, where there is a dining table seating four, an oven and hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher and a TV, whilst the washing machine and tumble dryer can be found in the separate utility room. The property s relaxing lounge is situated on the first floor, where a balcony opens onto stunning countryside views. There is comfortable sofa seating here, as well as Smart TV. The bathroom on this floor offers a bath and WC. Outside, there is a pretty, enclosed garden, mainly set to lawn, with mature trees and flowered borders, as well as garden furniture and a BBQ.
