The bedrooms consist of a double with TV and en-suite shower room, a twin with TV, a ground-floor twin and a second-floor family room with a double and two singles and TV. There is a bathroom with roll-top bath and walk-in. Outside, there is off-road parking for two cars and a rear garden with a shared lawn and a private patio with furniture and barbecue. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rental price. Two well-behaved pets are welcome, however, smoking is not permitted. The town of Penzance is settled on the coast of Cornwall and makes an excellent destination for an escape to the coast, with its glorious sandy beach, shopping and eating opportunities. Renowned for hosting Golowan, a Midsummer Carnival and Literary Festival, there's plenty to see and do all year round, including The Exchange, Newlyn, and Penlee Art Galleries. The Isles of Scilly are within easy reach, with its winding streets, shops and restaurants, and the South West Coast Path passes through Penzance toward Lands End.
