We stayed in this house last year. For us it has the advantages: size with possibilities to retreat, large, common living, dining and cooking area, air conditioning, washing machine, easy parking, pleasant outdoor area with a natural parasol (large tree) and last but not least a small footpath to Lake Balaton. This time negative: ant plague, which urgently needs to be fought more!

The house is large and comfortably furnished. On the ground floor there is a spacious, comfortable living room with a fully equipped kitchenette. Spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds. There is a small yard with garden furniture and a barbecue. The house is located in a small, quiet village. There is peace and quiet there. There is a nice, well-kept beach with dining facilities nearby. Unfortunately, the beach is paid, but the prices are not high.

The house is very spacious, comfortably furnished and well-equipped with the necessary equipment for a vacationer. A big advantage is also the space around the house, a lot of space for running, playing, but also to put up sun loungers, barbecue, both in the sun and in the shade. The neighborhood is also very nice, quiet and peaceful, close to the beach. Unfortunately, the beach is paid, it is not a big sum, but still. In the nearby village (5 minutes by car), a similar standard beach was for free. We also did not find any restaurants in the vicinity, one was closed and other restaurants were located within a paid beach. We were happy to see the Catholic Church, because we were planning a Sunday Mass, but when we went to the information board to check the hours of Sunday Mass, it turned out that the next mass would be celebrated in two weeks. So everything is fine, but without driving to nearby towns by car, it would not be possible. There is a train station very close, but we have not tested this solution. One element that was quite important for us, promised in the description of the house, failed - the washing machine was inoperative (it started washing, i.e. it was flooded with water and liquid, pretended to be working, even spinning, but after taking everything out, it turned out that nothing happened except the initial flooding with water and liquid), when we arrived, no one informed us about it, so we had to rinse and wring out the laundry we put in by hand. And although the caretaker of the house did his best to solve the matter (mechanic's visits) and organize help (our laundry was picked up by the cleaning lady), the inconvenience was significant. Nevertheless, the whole thing is really a plus, we are happy to stay in our holiday Hungarian cottage.
