House in a beautiful, quiet location, with a lovely outdoor seating area and a well-kept garden. The owner is very helpful and friendly, and she also gave us local tips. There's a locked connecting door between the two houses, which can be a bit awkward depending on the noise level and conversations of the neighbors. :)

We were there in the summer of 2024. The house is very nice and the property is big enough. There are fruit trees and bushes on the property that you can pick yourself. The owners are very nice. We got there early and were able to check in early and check out the evening before, so we weren't tied to a time for our departure. The house had everything you need, except for a TV. You won't find one. Colico is a beautiful little town with a pleasant promenade.

Actually, there are only 2 rooms and a second level in the living/dining area. There are 5 beds in total. A super renovated and clean house. Everything is beautifully situated in a large garden and with a great, wide view of the landscape/mountains. Thank you for the lovely stay!

We were 4 adults and 1 child for only 6 days. We had a nice lawn as a play area for the child. The basic equipment in the kitchen was also OK. WiFi was not very stable with 4 devices running. Otherwise a very nice, quiet location. We can only recommend it.

Very nicely located house with a large garden and a wonderful terrace. Very well equipped and tastefully furnished. Nothing is missing. The landlords were extremely friendly and gave valuable tips for things to do and also recommended really good restaurants to us. With temperatures of over 30 degrees, it got very warm in the upper bedroom.

The accommodation offers a beautiful garden in a quiet location. The garden is very large and is lined with fruit trees and olive trees. The house is nicely decorated and very modern for Italian. Since you are at the beginning of Lake Como, you quickly get to the other side of the lake. The landlady is a very nice and personable woman. She can't speak English, but she brought someone who showed and explained everything to us. Really great place to stay!!! Always my pleasure !!!
