The studio was clean and had sufficient closet space. The kitchen is good especially for this size and the bathroom was clean. The studio would benefit from air conditioning device. The parking was nice and secure. The property is suited for elderly people as the quit hours are between 8pm and 8am which is absurd if you want to use the balcony for drinks and debate in the evening. Overall condition of the building is not the best, the hallways are dark and seem old.

Shower small but fine. beds good. Clean WHG. Privacy screen neighbors was missing. Value for money is absolutely right. Very nice and competent lady at the reception.
