No mobile network, meaning no Wi-Fi. A broken lamp (reported at the beginning of the stay) was not replaced. The freezer compartment was broken and not replaced despite notification. There was trash and used underwear from the previous tenant in one room. The extra bed linens were not clean. The garden was unkempt. The roller shutter in the living room fell completely off its mount when the switch was turned. When we complained, the first question the staff on site asked wasn't whether anyone was injured, but whether we had pulled on it.
