A real gem, combining comfort, charm and an ideal location. Close to shops, the Peñon (which can be seen from the house). Quiet neighborhood, well-maintained and very clean pool and garden, everything was perfect, like the interior. Even if it does not have air conditioning, it was not a problem despite the more than favorable weather in September, we aired it in the morning and evening. Opportunities to stroll quietly through the other urbanizations.

The house was not like the photos, but better! Maintenance, decoration, comfort, everything was great. We found one drawback, in the photos there were two double rooms and there was only one. For the rest, everything was fine.

A roller shutter belt in the bedroom has broken. The bathroom door could not be locked because the lock was broken. The kitchen stove did not work. One shower only had cold water - no hot water. There are vermin in the garage, flies and worms come out of the closed-off area. Some of the garden furniture is cracked and the upholstery is very worn. The house is getting old and needs to be renovated urgently.

Residence suitable for 8 people, however, we experienced problems with the hob, incessant gas cut making meals complicated for 8. The swimming pool of sufficient size but cloudy water and not the cleanest. Barbecue unsuitable for the size of the house, different from the photo of the site. Lack of umbrellas and a 2nd bio for the gate. Poor wifi quality.

Among other things, the showers did not work, the kitchen fires were bad, the pool cleaning service assured us that there was no problem taking a bath ... for not coming to clean it, there was a rat up and down every day on the fence that separates the house from the neighbors, etc.

The access to the property is not suitable for every car, it is too steep. The house has suffered in the last 3 years (were last there in 2016) from the structure! However, the house is well located.
