The property has three bedrooms; a double, twin and single with a pull out truckle bed, sleeping six guests. There is also two shower rooms, one of which is on the ground-floor, as well as a kitchen and a living/dining room with a gas fire. Outside, there is off-road parking available for two cars, as well as a large terrace and lawned garden with outdoor furniture. Awel-Y-Mor is a wonderful property for a Cornish holiday by the coast.

The rolling waves are great for surfing all year round, and the footpaths by the restored canal or along the South West Coast Path offer you a superb opportunity to explore the coast and countryside. Bude has a castle, heritage centre, a superb golf course, indoor swimming pool, bowling alley/indoor play area and a good selection of local shops, supermarkets, cafés, pubs ad restaurants.
