Very good rental, located in a residential area away from the city center and lively tourist spots. Supermarkets are a 10-minute drive away and Arenal beach is 15 minutes away. Well-equipped house, air conditioning in all bedrooms, plenty of storage space, large swimming pool, magnificent wooded and enclosed grounds. However, the downstairs shower could use some updating and the washing machine is already well-worn. The already mentioned smell of fuel oil is real but it is occasional and not bothersome.

In order to justify the price charged, it seems necessary to me to repair the pool liner and the barbecue, install air conditioning in the 3rd bedroom and study how to remedy the fuel odors arriving on the terrace and minimize the presence of mosquitoes.

Beautiful house, well located, very close to old Javea. Magnificent garden and beautiful swimming pool. Excellent cleaning of the house, impeccable cleanliness.

Accommodation as described, but unfortunately getting old. Since we had this property for the third time, certain things stood out. Broken curtain, broken sun lounger, unusable grill as very old and dirty. A house of this class would at least be expected to have a table tennis table. It's a shame that the missing investment wasn't done here. The garden is unique and beautiful.

Very nice garden. Beautiful swimming pool. Nice place. 2 of the 3 sunbeds broken Service incomplete and many broken Curtains broken Lots of barking dog neighbors. Stains in sheets A lot of things in interior broken there was a pile of pillow fillings in the living room.
