For shared use: garden 1'500 m2 with lawn, swimming pool angular (seasonal availability: 01.May. - 15.Sep.). Shower/WC in the pool area. In the house: lift, washing machine. Supermarket 100 m, shopping centre 2 km, restaurant, bar 100 m, bus stop 300 m, railway station 2 km. Sports harbour 1 km, marina 1 km. Nearby attractions: Cocodrilo Park 2 km, Aqualand 2 km, Puerto Marina 1 km, Benalmadena 1 km, Malaga 15 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.

Firstly this accommodation does not have 3 bathrooms as advertised but just 2 and only one shower can be used at a time. Despite this it is a comfortable apartment with a large terrace. The pool area and gardens are very clean and well looked after but there are no sunbeds or chairs to use round the pool. The kitchen is very well equipped. The electrics could do with some attention ie light fitting in the hall and socket in the lounge. Property would benefit from a deep clean.

Nice terrace, nice garden. Communication was bad. Once I have left on holiday I no longer receive emails and that is where things went completely wrong. No one was at our key collection address and after a phone call we had to carry our suitcases around all day. Banks were downright bad, beds not good either. No towels in the kitchen at all, no dishcloth, nothing. Only one duvet available for 3 bedrooms and that in winter! Price is way too high for this apartment.

The apartment is centrally located in Torremolinos, not far from the beach and shops. The furniture in the apartment is shabby, but everything is very clean and well-kept. The apartment has a great layout and a fantastic terrace.

Apartment was in a super location big supermarket up the top of the hill and just down the hill the beach the restaurants and bars. Beautifully set terrace all facilities in apartment were fantastic AC and WiFi the best I’ve experienced in rentals before. Kitchen is over equipped and spotless my family and I had a wonderful time staying here and will definitely be booking again.

Great place to relax away from cold weather, well equipped property close to shops, bars beaches. Problem with keys but this was sorted with a repaired lock. XXX from the office was very helpful and gave good advice.

Spacious holiday home in a great location near the beach on a quiet side street. The garden is beautiful and well maintained. Good garage behind the gates. The equipment of the apartment is good, only a normal coffee machine is missing. Various goods, decorative items, etc. in abundance. Of course, it's just a matter of taste. Overall a good standard. The only real annoyance is the worn keys, access from three different doors (each with its own key!) Mostly required quite a bit of effort.
