Had a great holiday, beautiful garden and swimming pool, several beautiful terraces, house was furnished in style, but dated, a renovation is not a luxury. We felt, not unimportantly, at home.

There were four of us (a couple plus two singles) for two weeks in Villa Astrida. Check in worked well. Unfortunately the beds are very old and very bad, they squeak with every little movement. Some lightbulbs were missing. We like to cook together, so the fridge was small and the furnishings were poor (blunt knives). A general overhaul of the furniture would be necessary. Otherwise wonderful pool and garden and 1A location. We felt safe.

Fridge was antiquated couldn’t get it at a steady temperature, either too hot or everything froze….no kettle had to use a saucepan to boil water….ants everyday on work surfaces, couldn’t get rid of them The cooker was filthy and every time you turned it on it smoked like crazy. Pool man spent 10 minutes every week cleaning pool so it was always full of bits and the pool also attracts a swarm of wasps so had to step around wasps to get in water. Wasps in the grass too. TV in German…Beds comfy

Holiday home Astrida is a beautiful house that feels very cozy. You can tell that people are alive, especially through the interior decoration and the presence of a library with many books in all kinds of languages. The privacy around the house is unprecedented!

The house needs a comprehensive revision of the kitchenware, which is old and insufficient. The beds are all in very bad condition so we have not been able to enjoy a good rest worthy of a good vacation. The garden was very neglected, the grass practically dry, and there was a general need for pruning, and water. The living room had one of its front doors locked, making the room too hot to withstand a heat wave.

Booking with Interhome has been very comfortable and easy for us. Both the attention received from the reservation, to the local office in Jávea, attended our requests with great kindness and efficiency. The stay has been great, for a family vacation. The children and adults had a great time in the large pool, and we really enjoyed its exterior, and the beautiful views of the Montgó. The house is fully equipped. It is as you can see in the photos.

Villa Astrida is located in the Los Cerezos urbanization next to the Jávea golf course, a very quiet area. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 of them inside the main house and another in the annex next to the pool. The pool is cared for by one person. The only buts I would give it is that some mattresses were quite soft and in one of the rooms it smelled very musty. I would also renew the cleaning utensils that were quite old. Otherwise, all good.

The description in the ad corresponds perfectly to the villa which is located near a golf course, so very quiet. The villa has a lot of charm with a neat decoration, 3 bedrooms so one is in an exterior part of the main house with private bathroom. The pool is really nickel with its steps for the youngest (unfortunately the person who maintained the pool was not very efficient since the 2nd week the water turned green). Other than happiness
