There is also an open-plan living space on the first floor containing the kitchen, dining area, and sitting area, while the ground floor is host to the games room which includes its own small kitchen space, sitting area with large TV, and various games including a pool table. Outside there is a terrace garden with a patio, seating and a hot tub. Stroll along the River Derwent, explore Hall Leys Park, and hop of the cable car at the Heights of Abraham to experience beautiful views over the Peaks.
