Exit to the balcony, south facing position. Small kitchenette (mini-oven, 2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Tassimo) extra).

The statement "one room, one bedroom" is misleading, you would think there are 2 rooms. It is a completely overloaded room. A large table with 6 chairs, 1 stool, 5 beds and a kitchenette. Built-in cupboard made of raw chipboard, the water boiler above the toilet seat (danger of head bumps). The electrical installation is very amateurish and in my opinion not safe. The balcony is covered in "wild herbs" and has not been cleaned for a long time. Simple furnishings yes, but completely overloaded.
