Arena Apartment 4

Apart from the kitchen which has been redone, there are many things that need to be improved: - borderline cleanliness (mattress cover full of black dust and with a yellow stain - urine no doubt - which we had to remove before making the bed) - bathroom taps need changing (no mixer tap in the shower and a leak from the hot water tap which burned us when we turned it) - no blinds (very annoying because the balcony faces due west) - very narrow parking space.

everything is perfect my parents are delighted with their week of vacation

A shame to rent in this state only one thing that was correct the terrace bathroom lamentable kitchen the doors that separate the living room very dirty I would be ashamed to rent a studio in this state

Apartment a little old but close to the sea. Clean accommodation, very affordable price. Well maintained residence.

Very nice spacious studio well located 40 meters from the beach, shops and restaurants. Properly teamed. Very good sofa bed. Reception at the agency for handing over the keys.
