Top floor: 1 room with sloping ceilings with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Balcony, terrace. Terrace furniture. Marvellous panoramic view of the mountains. Facilities: washing machine, iron, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only.

Chalet "Arche", 2 storeys, built in 1976. 1 km from the centre of Wengen, in a quiet, sunny position. In the house: central heating system. Pre-arrival grocery service. Stepped path (60 steps) to the house. Shop 1 km, supermarket 1 km, restaurant 1 km, bar 1 km, bakery 1 km, 15 minute walk to the centre, railway station 1 km. Cable car 1 km, skisport facilities 1 km. Please note: car-free holiday complex. Arrival via mountain railway. Arrival is only possible by train from Lauterbrunnen – 14 minutes driving time.

The chalet is clean and you feel comfortable despite the many older textiles. There is a need for investment in the bathrooms and mattresses. The exposure also needs an overhaul. Nevertheless, an ideal chalet for several people / families with children.

Great time staying here. Plenty of room, convenient to the town center. Enjoyed the beautiful views and room for the kids to play outside.

Chalet Arche is very spacious and had enough space for our group of 10. Thanks to the fresh snow, we were able to ski directly into the garden. The second fridge for the beer was also practical :-) Unfortunately, the kitchen is no longer up to date. Cooking a large pot of spaghetti or fondue in two caquelons at the same time is a real test of patience. It is also quite dark in the whole house. Here the owners urgently need to invest, otherwise the price will not be justified.

A large chalet in which life is comfortable. Unfortunately, the kitchen does not have a fume hood. Unfortunately, it is relatively dark in the house, despite the burning light. Optimal location for skiing in winter.

Chalet Arche was perfect for our stay in Wengen, well situated, with amazing views and within easy reach of public transport. It's cosy, specious and very well equipped, well set up for little children. Highly recommended!

We have enjoyed a quiet week in this wonderful chalet. It is perfectly located on the outskirts of the village and right on the ski slope with breathtaking views. Deer and badgers were seen almost every evening from the balcony in the garden and in the neighboring field. The house is spacious, clean and comfortable. The only downside was not being able to take a hot bath after a long day on the slopes. The tap water is too slow making it impossible.

A very spacious and comfortable chalet for two families. 10 minutes walk from all amenities. The view and the garden are very pleasant. The somewhat dated decor could use some freshening up, especially the lighting in the kitchen which could be improved. The heater is set way too hot.

perfect stay: quiet, comfortable chalet, magnificent view of Jungfrau, rustic but clean and practical interior. Located 10 minutes from downtown. Access by about sixty steps downhill but worth the trip!
