The pluses: the apartment is very well located. In the heart of the shopping mall station, at the foot of a crossroads, restaurants, bars, direct access to the building from the P1 parking lot, very practical for unloading. Comfortable bedding. Well equipped for cooking. The minuses: poorly maintained and not very clean despite the cleaning done every week by cleaning ladies. Vacuum cleaner full to bursting and very dirty, bathroom that smells like sewers, approximate cleaning, very noisy at night...

Cleanliness of the apartment and the entire building is substandard! Very noisy environment (night / morning + during the day), the apartment is located right next to the main elevator / first floor of the building. Bathroom + kitchen: very fine hot water jet almost non-existent.

Lots of worries in the apartment The duvets and pillows were not clean The kitchen door was dislocated The shower head was broken The hotplates did not work. The bathroom radiator was crooked. When I told all of this to the agency, they took me seriously. Luckily a technician was there and fixed the main one. I found myself using hotplates on the kitchen table. Very well placed though

Too bad that apartments in the residence have been rented to groups...! The nuisances were numerous (sounds of music late, smells on the stairs, .......)

enough space, clean, very well furnished wb kitchen stuff. Excellent beds, pillows and duvets. Super centrally located. In short, worth repeating.
