Arcelle 203 Apartment 10 Val Thorens, Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes

The apartment was not clean, there was dirt everywhere, the dishes had not been washed. The toilet was much too small - like at a bad campsite, the toilet door did not close, the furniture was broken and wobbly, the cladding on the house facade was not tight = the wind was constantly whistling loudly at night, so that it was almost impossible to sleep. The bathtub was broken with large chips, the floor covering was buckling. The current photos on the website do not correspond in any way to the actual condition of the apartment.

Noisy and dirty elevator broken down on departure day

We stayed in apartment 203 very spacious well equipped only thing to consider is very compact toilet and small bath with hand held shower not very effective other than that excellent

Perfect location but problem of cleanliness and cleaning in the apartment.

A little small but nice and functional apartment. However one bed had a broken leg and my father in law had to sleep in the bunk bed which is only suitable for babies so it was quite uncomfortable for him. Having pointed this out at the reception on the first day we were told that it was not fixed as we had booked in five and if we had invited an extra guest, trying to be smart, so he could not sleep. Honestly, it seemed like a nice and good excuse

Central location. TV not working. Leaking toilet. Rusted oven that was falling apart. Kitchen, bathroom and toilet need modernising and very tired appearance. Some nights the noise outside from the street kept us awake for hours. The stairwell to the appartment smelt...

Compact apartment, conveniently located near the bus stop, sports centre, shops restaurants and slopes. 2 bunks in the bedroom, 2x sofas and pull out beds underneath. Small and functional kitchen with dishwasher. Warm with lots of hot water!!
