The location, pool and house were really beautiful and well-kept. The landlady was very attentive and helpful. The size and some of the kitchen equipment were a bit lacking. 3 coffee spoons and very large, partly chipped coffee cups were a bit limited. The same goes for the space in the kitchen itself. The landlady noted this at the end and promised to remedy the situation. The really quiet location was worth mentioning.

Very nice accommodation in a beautiful area. Near the higher situated village of Scansano and Grosette. Quietly situated, well maintained swimming pool and garden. Near a nature park and beautiful and diverse beaches and bays. By train to Rome in two hours is recommended. Very friendly hostess! E. and M

The house is very big and the children could play well inside. Everything you need is there. Floor-to-ceiling mosquito nets in the bedroom would be great, or air conditioning. The windows being open at night invited lots of animals in. Great view from the terrace. Everything was as described! Nice owner who was always willing to listen. We had a great time relaxing! Highly recommended with children too! Thank you very much!

The surroundings and the property are fantastic. The staff very courteous and friendly. In 30 minutes you are at the beach. Great supermarket in 20 minutes. We will definitely spend our vacation there next year.

Exceptional location. In the middle of nature, view, superb sunset. Spacious accommodation, the kitchen equipment a bit outdated, only negative point. Large swimming pool regularly maintained. Warm, efficient welcome.

Complex, holiday home with pool very well maintained, in good condition. Inventory very old and worn, little crockery, old pots and pans, bad beds and mattresses. Fantastic view of Tuscany with super beautiful sunsets, very nice pool. All in all super nice, if the interior would be better you would have nothing to complain about.

Great accommodation that may be a bit sparsely equipped with dishes. It would be advisable to pack a sharp knife with you. Great facility with an impressive view and pure tranquility.
