We were there with our physically handicapped grandpa, and one day the elevator was unfortunately not working. Luckily grandpa managed the stairs and was able to see this as training. All the staff were extremely friendly and the arrival and departure were very relaxed, so we were able to arrive early in the morning and our grandpa was able to rest before leaving by plane in the evening as the apartment was not immediately occupied again and we were allowed to stay until the evening. We felt mostly comfortable: The central location is great (restaurants, bakers, MPreis can be reached in 2 minutes). It was important for us to have 2 separate toilets, each with a shower. Lounge was big enough and nice. Balconies are a bit small but have lounge chairs with nice views. Unfortunately, the double bed was too narrow and too hard for us. Front toilet muffled, towel rail was broken off. Ventilation with mold. Dishwasher noisy and dirty. Adventurous electrics in the bathroom.
