Beautiful, cosy apartment block "Urbatenis", renovated in 2019. In the resort Jávea, in a central, quiet position, 500 m from the sea, 500 m from the beach. In the house: lift. Supermarket 600 m, restaurant 100 m, bar 60 m, bakery, café 100 m, sandy beach "El Arenal" 500 m. Sports harbour 800 m, surf school 500 m, tennis 20 m.

Neat apartment. Unfortunately little sun on the balcony. Kitchen is neat, but few plates, pans, etc. I stayed here with my son and it went fine because it is really small. Sofa bed/couch is really not comfortable and the television is very high and small. And what's really missing is a broom. The condition of the apartment is neat. Stuff and floors are neat. The building itself is outdated and the hall smelled of urine and there was leakage.

Apartment is very well finished in itself, only has a chilly appearance. Apartment complex is not nice, poor maintenance. People hanging around the complex.

The apartment is great and has a good location in Javea. It has been renovated and thr kitchen looks fabs. Only 2 things were not good, main door locker doesn't engage well and its not easy to fully open/close the door. Second one is the shower drain, which doesn't drain properly.

Very renovated and very clean apartment, comfortable bed and good shower. Good parking space, we spent 3 very good days. It even has an umbrella and chair for the beach. The kitchen is new and fully equipped.

Very satisfied with our rental, very good bedding, apartment spacious enough for 2 people. Close to all amenities and 5 minutes from the beach. The only small problem is very bad not inability to have an internet connection.

The apartment is 5 minutes walk from Levante Beach. It has a refrigerator, coffee maker, satin and kitchen utensils, an iron for clothes and even an umbrella for the beach. It has air conditioning in the living room, enough to cool the room as well.

This apartment is very clean and has the basic amenities for a for a few days. It is a completely renovated space in an old apartment complex. It is close to Playa Arenal and shopping. It would be nice if there was a comfortable couch or chair to sit in. Overall happy with the apartment.

The appartment was very nice and clean, There was a couple of minor things, chair on balcony broke, and the sunblinds on the balcony (right) was stuck, but otherwise everything was in order. I would book again by interhome.
