We love the sociable open-plan layout of the main room where tan leather sofas invite you to recline with a glass of wine and a good book, and the dining table beckons intimate meals when you’re not out sampling the city’s fine dining scene.

The bedroom, meanwhile, is just as chic with its floral feature wall and industrial pendant lighting, and there’s a desk space here too should you need to catch up on work.

What’s more, you can enjoy the serenity of the communal 1920s courtyard garden, that not only offers a table and chairs for alfresco morning espressos but also provides a serene buffer between you and the vibrant city just beyond.

When it comes to sightseeing, explore the towering skyscrapers and shops around Piazza Gae Aulenti – a ten-minute walk – or take a stroll through the beautiful Indro Montanelli Garden, twenty-three minutes away on foot. You’re also a twenty-minute Metro ride from the Pinacoteca di Brera, while the famous Duomo di Milano is also easily reachable by Metro in just fifteen minutes.
