The rest of the interior includes a kitchen and a sitting room with dining area and electric fire. To the outside is off-road parking for 2 cars. 285a Conway Road is a superb base for exploring all that Colwyn Bay and North Wales has to offer.

The delightful coastal resort of Colwyn Bay is situated in Cowny, along the North coast of Wales. The town boasts a pretty selection of shops, numerous pubs and restaurants, a leisure centre and a sandy beach. Colwyn Bay is a great starting point for exploring North Wales, with the picturesque Snowdonia National just a short drive away, whilst along the coast is the popular Llandudno, the city of Bangor, and the Isle of Anglesey.
