In the city of Plymouth, you will find the historic Hoe, marine aquarium and art deco seawater pool. Plymouth can be accessed by road (30 mins) or from Gunnislake train station just 4 miles away. Why not explore a little further afield and use the new trainline opened in 2022 from Okehampton to Exeter, known for its cathedral and Royal Albert memorial museum and art gallery. The property occupies the first floor of the farm s roundhouse barn and is accessed by a flight of external stairs, which lead to the front door. Once inside, guests will love the rounded exposed stone walls in all of the rooms, as well as the sloping beamed ceilings, which give the property a unique charm. The lounge/diner, which occupies one half of the circular building, has window seats running all around the edge, allowing guests to enjoy views across the farm, surrounding countryside and the moors. There is also a small dining table, as well as comfortable sofa seating, and a Smart TV and radio. The separate kitchen is equipped with everything that guests will need, including an electric oven, hob, microwave and fridge with a small freezer compartment. The delightful bedroom is a lovely restful space, with a double bed. The property's bathroom offers a walk in shower and WC. Outside, the property benefits from its own raised patio area with garden furniture, so that guests can enjoy the peace and tranquillity of their surroundings in privacy.
