Seagull's Rest is an immaculately-presented apartment set over the first and second floors of a detached property in the heart of Ramsgate, and can sleep five people. There is a king-size double bedroom, a room with triple bunks, a bathroom, a kitchen with a dining area and a sitting room. Outside there is off road parking for one small car and additional unrestricted roadside parking just outside. Seagull's Rest is a lovely base for your holiday.

Over first and second floors, consisting of 2 flights of stairs. Two bedrooms: 1 x king-size double, 1 x triple bunks (double on bottom, single on top). Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC (on first floor). Kitchen with dining area. Sitting room.

Area
Ramsgate is a wonderful blend of maritime heritage, architectural splendour and a touch of cosmopolitan pizzazz. Why not dine alfresco and watch the yachts sail in and out of the marina, or stroll along the promenade to the harbour and choose something tasty from one of the boats landing their daily catch? Whether it be beach combing or boat rides, Ramsgate has it all to offer.

The apartment is very spacious, clean and well equipped.. The owner is very welcoming and obliging. The location is near the cliff and harbour walks, with very close bus stops, local supermarkets and takeaways. An added bonus is the balcony, where you can sit out and relax. We would be happy to book this apartment again.

Lovely welcome from Maria.. Milk, coffee and tea bags provided on arrival along with dishwasher tablets etc. Lovely to have the balcony during the hot weather. Beach wasn't crowded and quite level so good for children to paddle and swim in the water.

We were very happy to have had a weeks holiday at Seagulls Rest.. Great location for exploring Ramsgate as well as along the Kent coast. The owner, Maria, made us feel very welcome and the accommodation was kept immaculately clean and tidy. A good range of facilities and comfy furniture. Would recommend wholeheartedly.

I have already been in touch regarding the 4 flights of stairs (not mentioned in your description) plus the fact that the toilet was not on the same floor as the bedrooms.. We would NOT have rented this flat had we been aware of these two major problems. This is the first time we have had such problems (in fact previously we have never had any major problems) to the extent that my wife is now saying we will not ever rent again.

A thoroughly enjoyable holiday at the Seagull's Rest ! The apartment was clean, well equipped and well presented and had everything that we needed for our stay. We had a very friendly greeting from Maria who had even brought some fresh milk so that we could have a refreshing cup of tea on our arrival ! The apartment was well located and had a number of local shops and takeaways. We would certainly recommend it as an ideal base for anyone visiting Ramsgate and the area.
