A popular resort, Brixham is a wonderful destination for a family holiday. At the edge of the harbour with glorious views, where the boats feel so close you can almost reach out and touch them, this smart first floor apartment is situated above a popular coffee shop, serving Fair Trade coffee as well as cakes and pastries. The open plan living area is bright and spacious and two bedrooms at the rear of the property assure a quiet night's sleep. Here you can leave the car behind taking the nearby ferry, and explore by sea, bus, or steam train which runs from nearby Dartmouth.

Area
Brixham is a fishing harbour on The English Riviera. The focal point is a life-size replica of The Golden Hind, Sir Francis Drake’s ship. Britain’s largest fishing fleet land their catch in the harbour. Brixham is ideal for a family holiday with Blue Flag beaches, Paignton Zoo and regattas and maritime events. There are cycle trails in the area, the South West Coast Path and golf courses. A mix of relaxation or action, to suit all ages.

Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?

When you enter the flat there is a bit of a funky smell, possibly old cigarettes. Fabulous location and a short walk from the harbour car park (owners reimburse the 8 day parking permit). Great squshy sofa. Bit stingy with towles, 2 bath and 1 hand per bedroom, no large bath sheets or extra hand for hair. Friday and Saturday evinings there is loud music from the bar below and next door. This permeates the whole flat.and not good if it disturbs you.

Beautiful location, right by the harbour.. Recommend the Blue Anchor pub, and Nicks for fish & chips. Trip to Torquay on the ferry was a lovely day out. Museum is worth a visit.

We love this apartment and Sian and Dean are amazing we have booked again for next Easter and summer.. It will be our 4th and 5th time. We could not recommend this apartment enough. But don’t want everyone to know about our little gem.

A great apartment, when you look out of the window you feel part of everything that is going on.. Lovely to wake up to in the morning. Sian (owner) is very helpful in anything you need to know. Brixham is a fantastic place to stay & enjoy all that is happening.

Spacious upstairs flat with great views over the harbour.. Coastal path in both directions for fabulous walks. Ferry to Torquay and Dartmouth very close by.

Great central location with excellent views of the harbour with easy access to other tourist locations via the Ferries.. Tastefully decorated and well equipped apartment. Helpful Landlord , nothing too much trouble. Very enjoyable holiday! Would book this property again.

Fabulous location right in the middle of everything with gorgeous views over the harbour.. Only concern when booking was the stairs up to the apartment. They are a bit steep but my husband who celebrated his 70th this year managed fine. Hoping to return.
