Plum Hill Studio is a ground floor studio apartment located near Oswestry in Shropshire. It has a double bed in a living dining room with a gas fire as well as a bathroom, there is also a bathroom with a shower over bath, basin and WC. There is also a kitchen inside. To the outside there is off road parking and a front lawn with a table and chairs. Plum Hill Studio is a delightful apartment in a fantastic rural location.

Area
The town of Oswestry has shops, pubs and restaurants along with its Iron Age fort which is great for walking and views. Houses and castles with beautiful grounds locally include Chirk and Powis Castle, Erddig and Attingham Park, or visit the nearby Ellesmere, once described by Alan Bennet as ‘Shropshire’s Lake District’. Further afield lies the Welsh mountains, coast and Lakes Vyrnwy and Bala, while the World Heritage Site of Ironbridge, Medieval Shrewsbury and Roman Chester are also within driving distance.

A fantastic place to stay.. The apartment is spacious, comfortable and very clean. It's tastefully decorated and very well equipped. The complimentary wine and chocolates were a nice gesture. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

This place is perfect, close to town but with a rural feel and the accommodation had everything needed and more, hoover, mop and bucket, iron and board, lovely walk in storage cupboard and quality kitchen equipment, couldn't recommend it enough..

The studio was perfect for the two of us, we were welcomed with a box of chocolates, a bottle of wine and flowers.. The owner welcomed us and pointed us in the right direction to visit great places. There was a nice folder with information about the history of the area, and other helpful information. I was impressed with the separate kitchen. We had all we could think of. It was nice to come home in this cosy place after a day out walking and exploring the area.

Immaculate in every way.. Everything in living and sleeping are as well as kitchen was of absolutely excellent and top quality. Better than one would expect in a holiday property. Beautifully decorated and excellent and appropriate pictures etc. on the walls. The bed was incredible; must be double King Size! Had really dead sleep. Location perfect too. Have already recommended to friends. Lovely owners, so friendly and considerate. The wine and chocolates a very nice touch. Would like to return sometime.

We enjoyed our stay at Plum Hill studio.. Bryan and Catherine excellent host leaving us a few added bonuses. Such a lovely gesture and much appreciated. Location ideal for visiting Shropshire, North & mid Wales. The studio is warm and comfortable with all mod cons you would need and finished to a great standard. Off road parking is great ( important to me due to limited mobility). Sharing the hall is no problem at all. Would highly recommend Plum Hill studio and will revisit in the future.

What a lovely studio it has more space than most with a separate kitchen which .... What a lovely studio it has more space than most with a separate kitchen which is great because no one wants to sleep with the smell of cooking Everything you need is there and the owners were very nice We will be going back at some point

This is our first time booking with Sykes Cottages and we would have no hesitation in repeating this enjoyable experience.. We had a lovely break in Shropshire, travelling further afield and enjoying our time in Plumhill Studio. Our hosts were most helpful and courteous, even leaving some lovely welcome gifts for us. We would definitely recommend Sykes Cottages to others !

It was not clear from your listing that the cottage had a walk-in wardrobe that provided ample hanging space for clothes and storage space for luggage.. The equipment in the cottage was excellent quality and easy to use. We especially appreciated the dish washer, television, radio and induction hob. The King size bed was also much appreciated. The weather was excellent for our holiday, but the fact that the parking space was so close to the door would make this accommodation very convenient in wet weather. The owners were very helpful and welcoming.

We were really comfortable in this studio apartment, warm, cosy and nicely decorated with all the mod cons to make our stay as comfortable as possible.. Nicely located in a quiet area with a 20 minute walk to Oswestry where all amenities were located. The owner showed considerable concern for us when the power was lost to the area due to rain with him keeping us updated on the progress and brought down hot water for a drink and biscuits. We would certainly stay in the studio again if we were in the area.
